By enrolling in a Honey Malcom Wine Club membership, you agree to the following:
  1. Commitment Term: Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Early cancellation may result in a cancellation fee equal to remaining monthly payments.
  2. Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file.
  3. Wallet Credits: Monthly credits are issued to your Honey Wallet and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  4. Cancellations: Membership may be canceled after the initial 12-month term with written notice.
  5. Refunds: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
  6. Benefits: Discounts and perks are available only while membership is active.
  7. Usage: Wallet funds may be used for purchases on the Honey Malcom website, tasting room, and events where applicable.
  8. Modifications: Honey Malcom Winery reserves the right to modify benefits with notice to members.
